At TBBA we are whole-heartedly embracing the concept of “Coming alongside” our pastors, leaders, and churches to encourage, comfort, exhort, train, and more so that our churches can more effectively fulfill the Great Commission in Tampa Bay and beyond. 

It is our passion to develop churches by strengthening the leadership. We offer training, resources and consultations to equip churches to serve to their maximum potential.
